Búzios is one of the most popular destinations in Rio de Janeiro and attracts tourists from different nationalities who want a different experience. We are situated in a privileged point of the city and from La Chimère you can go to several beaches.
It is with small boats and renovated fishermen’s houses, makes it the perfect ambience to walk with the family, take pictures or enjoy a cold drink in the sand. At the Ossos beach it is next to the Sant’Ana church and is one of the postcards of Búzios. The landscape, filled also possible to take a water cab to the Azeda and Azedinha beaches.

Azeda beach enchants with the calm and crystal clear water, being considered one of the most beautiful of the country. It can be accessed from a smooth walk along the Ossos beach or water cab. It is also an access point to Azedinha, another stunning natural beauty that can be explored in about 50 steps. Both are Environmental Protection Areas.
Access by the right corner of João Fernandes, this small beach is only a hundred meters long and dazzles everyone with the natural charm. The main attractions are the shores covered by native vegetation, excellent for scuba diving, underwater hunting and rustic kiosks where you can relax and enjoy a cold drink.

Born in São Paulo, the sculptress Christina Motta has lived in Búzios for over 20 years. Her bronze sculptures are present all over the world, but it is in Búzios that her most famous works can be found. In front of LA CHIMÈRE BÚZIOS ESSENCE, at the bucolic Praça dos Ossos, there are the sculptures: “Crianças nos Ossos” and “Garota dos Ossos”.

Opened in 1994, the Gran Cine Bardot is much more than the only movie theater in Búzios, it is an important cultural center of the city and has gained national and international importance. It is in the Gran Cine Bardot that the Búzios Cine Festival is hosted every year.
